Sooner or later, you're going to wonder if you aren't using an area right near the point, or you'll switch to this razor after using round points for a while. At least that's what happened to me with my Red Imp. FWIW, you can soften that point without disturbing the beautiful blade profile.
You're right, and I'll probably end up muting the point at some point. In the meanwhile, though, I'm enjoying the challenge of drilling the safe handling of this absurdly pointy point. ๐
