If Pam and Rose share an odd number of innocents, that means it has to be 3, and can only be Kay or Larry. If Larry is guilty, then to make Tyler have more innocents than Zoe, Eric would have to be innocent, but that would mean Zoe is guilty and consequently Xavi is innocent - ending with both Tyler and Zoe having 3 innocents, an impossibility. Thus Larry can't be guilty.
