Neither can I, but realistically he will die in office having never suffered a single day of repercussions for everything he's done.

There's still hope for bringing others to justice at some point however.

Maybe, like his Fuhrer before him, he can experience just a few moments of regret and dread before that death in office. Maybe not a whole day, but at least something.

He's the worst case of NPD I've ever heard of. It's hard to get our heads around, but that sort of person cannot experience regret, not in a meaningful way.
