How do I get people to join? How do I radicalize people? What is done other than theory discussion?

Hello comrade. My goal would be a group of informed marxists while still being inclusive for non radicals, but that would be delusional in my area and my age group, so I'm looking to making you average inclusive marxist study group made to educate ourselves, read collectively, discuss about the book, and of course, like you mentioned, discuss our personal lives, geopolitics, and the global marxist struggle. Lebanon lacks these study groups and the youth need to be introduces to marxism in a capitalist imperialist world. A more personal aspect is I lack comrades, so this way, I can help make ones, or find ones though I doubt it. I'm following https://unity-struggle-unity.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Study-Group-Interior-Pocketbook.pdf, which I saw linked on the prolewiki. I'll definitely try to keep weekly updates and document to guide other radicals getting organised in their respected schools.
