Honestly, I agree. However the common and average person in life can not fire him, or tax him. Or anything that I would normally class as acceptable to get him to change his ways.

What the common average person can quite easily do is band together and make him question his choices in life.
With that said I also think that the common average people of today will never do that, they are too complacent in life. Unfortunately this is why him, and others like him, get away with the shit they pull.

Until he, and others like him, get some consequences to their actions nothing will change for the better. They will only get worse and worse until bad things happen like they recently did in Nepal

Oh if you mean the wealthy should have a degree of fear that I agree with
