No, you're not free to say anything anywhere. Are you under any obligation to allow me to enter your home and say anything I want with no repercussion? Show me where it says you have freedom to say anything anywhere under any circumstance. I'll wait.

Also, if you don't understand that "freedom of speech" is quite literally the definition of "right to free speech" you should stop typing and start reading.
