No, Trump literally said the words "I couldn’t care less". It isn't 'characterizing' anything.
He didn't say he didn't care about fixing America but that he cares about fixing it without the left. Elimination of the left is fixing it to him and MAGA.
That isn't what he said at all. That is your interpretation of what he said.
