Robinson was captured after he confessed to a family friend, or "implied that he had committed" the murder to that friend, the governor said. That person in turn contacted the Washington County Sheriff's Office on Thursday.

Suspect was betrayed...

The suspect was convinced to turn themself in by their dad, who then reached out to their pastor (who was a US marshal) for help handling it. The suspect willingly remained in place for authorities. But yeahhhh "captured" lmaoo

Kash Patel made an absolute fool out of himself and the FBI with this investigation so now every fact must be twisted and spun to make it look like law enforcement was super duper successful and competent in order for him to keep his job.
