There are growing protests in Germany against the war in Gaza. Many are being met with police force.

But they’re not making headlines.

So why is this not in the mainstream media?

And why, when we talk about it here, do we get ignored — or worse, downvoted?

Is it because the information is false? Or because it challenges the narrative?

The problem isn't just oligarch-owned media. Censorship also affects small, decentralized social media sites like sopuli.xyz. This post received 6 downvotes in just a few minutes: https://sopuli.xyz/post/33469244

I didn't say it was the only problem. However, I think your example is just proof of the thoughtless polarization largely pushed for decades from certain popular media sources, and consequently infecting others as they tried to keep their audience from defecting to those sources.
