I didn't know china also let you buy fireworks in the "well it's not intended for use as a bomb" strengths too

China is like THE fireworks country in my mind. Idk if thats even true but yeah, for some reason im not surprised.

Yeah but I associate them with small fireworks. I generally think of only America letting you have incredibly dangerous and stupid stuff, and some of those firecrackers count.
