Ritchie Torres is a huge AIPAC recipient. He is a US congressman in the House of Representative, representing the South Bronx district of NY.

This is a hostile interview. From 40 minutes to the end of the video, Adam Friedland tells Ritchie Torres that supporting Israel is antisemitic. He tells Ritchie Torres that by Democrats promoting Israel's Genocide of Gaza and claiming that all Jewish people want to do Genocide, that Zionists are creating hatred of Jewish people.

I watched like 40s that was posted to reddit-logo and it just made me depressed that of all the people to give this Zionist a hostile interview it had to be Adam fucking Friedland, someone who can barely stand up to his own friend and is not at all practiced in the act of being hostile

To be fair to Adam, I assume if Richie (or his media team? whoever sets up gigs for him) thought this was gonna be anything other than "Funny comedian guy interviews me and tells funny jokes", Richie wouldn't have went on the show.

Friedland, someone who can barely stand up

Could have just stopped the sentence there.

practiced in the act of being hostile

He's very practiced in people being hostile towards him.

Yeah I don't know too much about Adam Friedland but I commend his genuine effort to expose the vileness of Richie Torres and the position he represents. But, this interview was an expose on the power of rhetoric. It's not to say that Adam's humanity/emotions were wasted, I think they did wonders for those viewing with empathy. But, if we are to engage the masses, we must also master rhetoric while being on the factual side of history.
