I have been running a dedicated server hosted by hostingbydesign for about a year. Currently hosted in the Netherlands however this results in high ping and latency which is bad for transferring files. Looking to switch to a service closer to me.

I am curious as to others experiences with these services/any recommendations.

I’m using whatbox, hosted in the Netherlands. I’ve had the same server with them for more than a year. They gave me a free storage and bandwidth upgrade at one point -they said they upgraded hardware. Nothing but positive experiences. Great speeds for uploading, downloading and downloading to my local device.
