I've cut down on bread, cigarettes, cappuccinos. Snacking is non existing except for fruit, nuts and cheese on the rare occasion. Sleep, energy and motivation is excellent. I feel on top of the world and I've lost a couple of kgs.๐Ÿ™‚

Also vertigo is stable.

Getting match fit for menopause. ๐Ÿ’ช

I can't cut down on ciggies or cappuccinos as I don't have them, but I do have bread and I do have 2 oat milk coffees a day. I snack too much. My vertigo hasn't come back since I did special exercises a few years ago. Sleep is shot. Motivation is very very strong but I'm tired, am fighting depressive states and the zeitgeist.

also, Carpenters are awesome. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dewlH6HSDzk&list=RDdewlH6HSDzk&start_radio=1

It's like when people say "I gave up my 3 litres a day coke now I feel great and I've lost weight".

I DON'T HAVE THAT PROBLEM TO GIVE UP! Turns out it was bread making me feel shit.

home made bread is ok so far, there are some bread products that I do not handle well, like english muffins
