doesnt look like it, cordyceps as that thick fruiting head. this more like fingers, it looks more like Clavulinopsis aurantiocinnabarina complex. and cordyceps are usually attached on a dead parasitized insect/or arthopod.

i would be surprised if op found a cordyceps those arnt that common, and alot of species are unidentified.
