I'm using Boostcamp at the moment: free version, not open source, and its bothering the hell out of me. Limited. Bloated. Paywalls. I love the detailed programs and routines, and have not found a similar replacement. Any recommendations that include:

Routine creating

Custom exercises

Access to existing database of workouts (most important).

I've researched this heavily during the last year, and it's freaking annoying.

wger was the one, I've used the longest. It should fulfill all your needs. Cons: It's bloated with other options, I personally never had a use for.

Tried way too long to selfhost it with Docker and Traefik, save yourself the headache and don't even try. The docker system is wonky af.
