OK, you're fired. There's 27 people standing in line to do your less than minimum wage job. Oh wait, we deported all of them...

Restaurants are always short staffed and a single person quitting usually fucks them up for a week. Losing 5 staffers can straight up kill a restaurant if they are going through a slow period.
