This is a warning that shows up when you try and launch an 18+ game on GeForce Now without being 18+.

So it's either attention seeking bait (it worked!) or a bug in the nvidia app

Oh and sign in isn't even required in the Nvidia App (it is however in the old GeForce Experience app)
