Those who reported the issues were fired over bogus charges or forced to resign, according to Murray’s complaint, to which several of his ex-colleagues signed on as co-defendants.

Well that would explain a few things

There was also a complaint about the reverse; managers would report employees for drug use who reported problems or rejected sexual advances, the "zero tolerance policy" meant there was no check if the person was actually intoxicated.
