Noooo, I love eating Wyoming. It's the best cross between effective price and good tast. You must hate me. :(

It is so hard to find Wyoming these days

In the 90's it was harvested aggressively to the point where the natural place where it grows was damaged heavily from a ecological perspective. It is coming back but the resource is rare so the price is high.
