This scene sets up Cotton's best line. I guess this version would be:

"Hey, Cotton, this is _____, he's from Eastern Europe."

"No he ain't! He's, from Prague, aintcha Mr. ______!"

Cotton's a horrible racist, but at least he knows what ethnicity the people he hates are.
