We can say with absolute certainty that 100% of people who were vaccinated will die.
Only about 94% of all people who ever lived died so far, so that's far from conclusive.

Some might have to die twice then

Well, some estimates suggest that we may be over the "hump" of life extension. That is, there are some that say that some young people alive today will live long enough for short term life extension medicine/procedures, which will let them live long enough to see the next advancement, and so on forever. They may even live to find a way to transcend this physical universe.
It is conceivable that some of the people vaccinated might not die.
