For some reason the image didn't load in the post..
There's a protective cover over the keys. That's why it looks unlabelled to you. If you look at the far right side you can see a line where the cover ends. So looks pretty new. Could always be 'fell off the truck' merchandise though.
Oh damn, that looks weird. I'm wondering if it's just a bad picture. The letters are backlit. Maybe with the computer turned off you just can't see the letters?
Since it's on Kijiji, you can ask for another picture.
The seller also says that the keyboard is unlabelled so 🤷
You need the keys labelled? What, don't you know how to type?
