I'd be interested! I'm cis, but have been wanting to delve more deeply into gender as a concept.
Awesome!! I think you’ll like this then. It’s not heavy gender theory or anything, but more of an introduction to gender and trans issues.

As for recommendations, I'd do 1 chapter a week. People drop off hard on reading clubs in my experience, so lowering the barrier to keep up with discussion is a good thing. If people want to read ahead, they can, but by spreading it out to about 2 months, it keeps people engaged.
The biggest reason to go for 2 a week is if you want to follow it up, maybe with Lavender and Red or another book on gender, where you'll want to cover a larger amount of material.
Saturdays are a good idea, IMO.
As for comms, I think c/theory is fine. I'll pin the threads if you host it there, but I'll let others say what they think, really I think any of the comms you listed are good!
