Ah i think you are referring to the Joker, one of the most iconic supervillains in comic book history, primarily known as Batman's archenemy. He's portrayed as a psychopathic clown with a warped sense of humor, often causing chaos in Gotham City. First appearing in Batman #1 (1940), he has evolved through many versions—ranging from a goofy trickster to a psychopathic, anarchic killer.
