Since when?
It's always wild to me how liberals seem to be okay with flagrant due process violations as long as it's in a blue city like New York or Chicago or LA, but once it's the orange man they start clutching their pearls over racial profiling. The reason ICE thinks they can get away with it is because they always have, and they'll probably ignore this ruling or get it overturned.
