"Dog training" for children society abandoned because they don't care about those ones.

Put dog training in quotes as actual dog trainers pitched in and said they don't even treat dogs that way.

It's animal cruelty when done to animals, but it's just school when it's done to unwanted people. Can't be cruel if everyone hates you.
