Sorry to say it but you are in your echo chamber. Large parts of Lemmy are still the braindead vote blue no matter who redditors you know and tolerate.
That's literally contained to the ~~reddit~~lemmy.world people. I don't know if .ca federated with the decent instances but most of lemmy starts at the dissolution of capitalism, including the elimination of oligarchy backed gun control.
