Racist policies such as redlining which can cause greater exposure to things such as lead (for one single example) can absolutely impact generational health development. So, yes, racism can cause circulatory disease.

Is there a single problem in the black community that isn’t caused by systemic racism in your opinion? Doesn’t seem like it.

I'm sure there are. But usually when things are present in groups of a specific race, it's related to some form of racism.
