My vote for President literally does not matter in California.

It does. Because the popular vote matters. It sends a message. Before this election it could be said that since 1988 Republicans have only won the popular vote once. Just once. That tells us that the will of the people has been denied many times in the last 30 years.

Now. This time. Felon rapist traitor Donald Trump won the popular vote. That sends a message. A really shitty message.

It matters. Now we can't point at Trump and say he's in power against the will of the people. Because the majority voted for him. Because dumb assholes stayed home.
