There's lots of brilliant female tv characters, historical figures, celebs etc. Whose you're favourite and why?

One woman I admire is Dolly Parton, I'm not keen on her music or films (although joleen is probably one of the best songs ever) but the fact she grew up dirt poor, didn't give in to signing away her publishing rights, doesn't give a fuck about comments regarding her appearance, has created loads of jobs in a deprived area via Dollywood, supports gay rights, and helps kids access books all over the world

She seems a like decent person
