Sometimes I'd spank the patch a little during cravings, it'll increase blood flow to the area (more nic absorbed) and it gives you something to do with your hands. The itch is normal.
Is my arm meant to feel a bit funny like I've had an injection?

yah, but you might also find you don't need as strong a patch as you suspect, so if you get a bit wiggles then play around

deffo sounds a bit too strong. Feeling a bit squirrely? nausea is another symptom
