Public dislikes? I haven't been able to access those... are they not admin-only?
Seems like you can view them on Friendica, not sure though
Depends on how you access a post, they are technically available to all, think you have to see a post though friendica or something
piefed, mbin may show likes one of those
For logged-out users, Mbin shows public likes, but not public dislikes. Not sure about logged-in users or PieFed.
friendica definitely shows it, might need the instance admin to turn it on I was messing with settings on my personal selfhosted one sk it may not be standard
