The expedition game was a bust imo but this game looks like it might be good. If the demo is fun ill preorder.
Hard agree. Bought the expeditions game, played 30 minutes, refunded. I'll probably give it another chance at some point. As someone who records gameplay videos, the lack of an immersive HUD mode (that exists in SnowRunner) is a huge turn off as well.
Im on the fence now. Some demo early access keys went out. So there are a few youtube videos.
They got rid of fuel, no gearbox, no vehicle customization, and winches restricted to scout vehicles.
Ill probably still buy it but this is a definite rethink on the pre order until i can play it and they release info on why these features were cut.
Same. Made a post in the subreddit with a link to the video saying I'm not enjoying the direction they took.
