Yep! I remember those times. So meany people lied to cover up the real origin. I would love to know why. The truth will come out eventually.
And to your point, I remember back on reddit, you'd get called a racist for saying it. And then banned. I know this because it happened to me! lol
I was on a subreddit discussing that topic and got banned by bots from a dozen default subs.
