Seems sus. The guy didn't look like the other photos to me and why would you keep evidence on your person like that? Why not ditch the gun and jacket? Seems like someone taking the fall so the cops and stuff look good.
You asked why as a reply to a comment that suggested he wanted to get caught. That would be the why.
Perhaps he wants to have his day in court and air out what these evil companies do.
Seems like he could've done that by posting a YouTube video and turning himself in if he wanted to be caught that easily.
Maybe he had more than one target, thus he still needed the gun.
You can like, get more guns. Or hide them in advance.
