Been at my new place of work for just over three months now and they have the new batch of people sitting with me, watching me work, and asking questions etc. also a manager (not my direct one, but same role) spoke to me yesterday about having my mind on my future with this company, as they need good people and are expanding in Melbourne. Feels quite good 😊

You certainly want a future at this company but like all good workers you would be extra motivated if they show their appreciation monetarily.
