These might be the good old days. Go outside, feel the grass, say wassup to your neighbors,... whatever you do that means community, because sh*t might get bad for a while.

Can't stress this enough. And block based on keywords. My lemmy experience improved dramatically once I started blocking users, subs, and instances I didn't like.

Those users get to enjoy their thing, and I wont yuck their yum. I've managed to cutout most of the rage bait and the stuff in my feed is genuinely interesting.

A "Showerthought" is a simple term used to describe the thoughts that pop into your head while you're doing everyday things like taking a shower, driving, or just daydreaming. A showerthought should offer a unique perspective on an ordinary part of life.
