On July 17th, 1997

The Flotilla, alongside the Destroyers had reached the Poseidon Zone

As the submarines rose up, they spotted something strange, a huge dock, as they were expected visitors (Photo of a small ledge of said Dock attached below)

One of the Sailors, Cpt. Donovan, decided to be "the sacrifice" as other sailors cheered on.

Cpt. Donovan was given an orange elastic rope as a countermeasure to avoid him getting lost (Photo attached Below)

Cpt. Donovan then proceeded to fire off his issued combat firearm about 5 times in the water, and then, his fellow sailors dived in to assist him.

Cpt. Donovan had been struggling to fend off a humanoid creature, with a twisted neck, about 30 eyes and an overall deformed structure.

On the 13th of October, 1997

The US Navy escorted a small flotilla of research submarines deep into the Atlantic Ocean

None of the sailors really ever knew or was told about the purpose of this operation

but it was known internally as "Project Poseidon" by the research staff

The Submarines were stocked with enough food for about six months and the Navy's Destroyers about a year. The Submarines were instructed to merge and dock into the Destroyers if there was an emergency.

The real purpose, although it was hidden, was only revealed to a select group of Researchers from various leading organizations

The Researchers had brought quite a bit of equipment, say, EMF Readers, PPE, et cetera.

Both the sailors and researchers were instructed to put on Level B Hazmat Gear, with some of the researchers even putting on Level A.

The Submarines soon sprang into the water to disappear after a short amount of time

On the 16th of February, 1997

Dr. Eisenhower, one of the Researchers and a guest professor at Stanford, went out fishing with his coworkers as a "team bonding activity"

It didn't go quite well for them as it was extremely windy that day, and the Air felt quite electric.

They were extremely perplexed, when, they had appeared to have fished up a Vintage recorder, a good one, even. (Photo attached below)

With quite a few photos that seemed to be jammed inbetween the recorder's disks (Attached Below)

As they were trying to figure out what had happened, the recorder seemingly had buzzed to life, with things that I cannot say on a distributed tape, that might be stolen or sold.

Year of our Lord, 1642

Where are we, Captain?

There are no stars except a single one

What is this strange device?

Something inside it is spinning, Captain

Let me just try to turn this wretched thing off

Here, it says something at the top

"Taured", Is this a new country or a business magistrate?

I can assure you, it is not

How long have we been sailing, Cooks?

Ran outta space for tally marks

And our rations?

AD 1998

Greetings, whoever is reading this, I'm not even sure this will be found. If you did find this, I can only say that I am sorry for you.

I was was a sailor, if I even even remember what I was. A good one at that, my ma and pops always told me I'd sail to new horizons, guess guess they wer right.

This place is not somewhere you want to be

Right now, the only smell I've had had here is decaying and burning power lines, I was repairing the the power lines next to my ship, what what did we call it?

The Mariana, yes, we called it the Mariana

I dont remember when I got here, to this place, after the typhoon

But time does not work right here

I dont dont know who you are, but please, promise me you will get out of this mess, my crewmates forgot me. My wife and my kids think I'm dead But I'm just just stuck in this place and I dont know know if I can hold on longer
