Full quote:

Generative AI and it's applications hold a mirror up to the face of capitalism itself. Under capitalism we are blessed with the miracles of being able to buy anything from anywhere. But behind the curtain lies exploitation.

Ok I don't fully agree with the guy, especially with the "we are blessed with the miracles of being able to buy anything from anywhere" (you are not me/us) but this is good sentence overall and I feel this phrasing might resonate more to western people.

Feel free to share your thoughts if this is a good quote and/or a good video overall.

  • When they're given an open mic, they tell me their product will destroy the world.
  • When I say I don't like the direction they're going, they threaten me with being left behind.
  • When I ask why they use it, they tell me it's impossible to get rid of.

I don't find this bizarre style of negative hype persuasive at all.

Nothing really new but this seems a nice summary with sources linked.

I am sharing my modest Inkscape production. I couldn't get it to render properly into PNG, only gimp can open the SVG and export correctly.

Use this SVG or PNG as much as you wish (EDIT : clean up some metadata):
