While relaxing I just had the feeling I was more 4 parts of my grandparents than 2 parts of my parents. It made me relax more.

House guests

14 years sober. Just disinvited potential house guests after realizing we might go out for dinner and they might drink and come back to my house having drank. They already know I don’t allow alcohol in my house. But now, I realize I don’t want the people in my house that might be drinking. Staying true to myself. Why does this shit take so long, and why is it so hard?! Reevaluating everything this morning.

Did you ever buy that toy you wanted as a kid but didn't get?

I myself wanted one of those remote controlled air planes. I thought that's the coolest thing ever. Once I grew up and had the money, I never bought it.
