I am getting this after I am sick of my broken pixel 7a.
I do wish they provide better software update though, Android 15 is two versions behind current version :( .

With the direction in which Android is developing, I don't think you'd be missing out on a whole lot of worthwhile features. I'd rather have a steady stream of security patches on a version that is not yet EOL.

And they promise software support through 2033. Though that's a vague term, not sure about full version updates.

$650 is way more reasonable than the previous $900.
Worth considering.
If it's cheap, it isn't fair and a worker is being paid peanuts.
The extra $250 was being charged by a US reseller.
With Fair Phone selling direct to the US now, it's available for MSRP.
I can't say how "cheep" $650 is to you.
Is the microphone working? Last i heard they were firmware incompatibilities

I didn't mean to imply such a thing. But to answer your question: maybe yes. There are batches and hardware issues can correlate to these.
