Hey NL. I'm stuck in australia and I miss mayo. Went to a fries place today but they were vlaams. I dont want that weak Belgian shit I want homegrown NL Mayonnaise. that creamy thick stuff. I don't want it to have a little zing to it. Give me your Omas recipe. I need to make some here and show the Australians what life is really about. Will you join me in big upping your culture on the other side of the planet? From australia wit lof.

Never made mayonaise before. You made me curious how it is done. From this recipe, it seems very easy actually: https://receptenvanoma.nl/mayonaise-zelf-maken/. Might start making my own mayonaise as well.
