In my experience arguing with older Murdoch/con-media brainwashed relatives that look similar to this caricature.. logical appeals don't help, and explaining why their position is hypocricritical (as in this accurate meme), just inflames them and they flip through there 'angry index' of whataboutisms to pivot to, like their media talking heads do - one angry subject to the next.
Everyone that disagrees with them feels like a personal attack because their positions are held by feelings of safety, fear, and the perceived comfort of never having to change. Disagreement attacks that core.
TLDR; meme funny, don't try this IRL.
