Austria forced the Bolivian Presidents plane to land in 2013, as they believed it was carrying Edward Snowden.
During the Algerian War of Independence, French intelligence services used fighter jets to intercept a civilian flight carrying five leaders of the Algerian independence movement (FLN) from Morocco to Tunisia, forcing it to land in Algeria where the leaders were arrested.
I sure none of those three countries ever try to bring something to the court ever again.
