Opinion pieces are also allowed, provided they are not misleading/misrepresented/drivel, and have proper sources.
If you think "reputable news source" needs some definition, by all means start a meta thread. (These things should be publicly discussed)
Posts should be manually submitted, not by bot. Link titles should not be editorialised.
Disappointing comments will generally be left to fester in ratio, outright horrible comments will be removed.
Message the mods if you feel something really should be removed, or if a user seems to have a pattern of awful comments.

Renting a room in a nice Victorian house on City Road in Birmingham. Landlord kicked us all out ready get a fresh run of students in come September. Only place I could fine in my price range at the short notice was in Winston Green and it fucking sucked ass.
Here in Arizona the only way a lease can be broken like this is if nobody lives in the unit for I think 4 months. Otherwise if you're months to months you are entitled to a month notice.
Lol Jesus, there's a notice period (minimum 2 months). We're not complete animals.
Yeah it's... Outdated. If you're week to week you're only entitled to one week notice. Should be two or three at least. Monthly should be 6 weeks or two months at least.
I thought no fault eviction bad we’re already in place. I think the end of fixed term contracts is the bigger news, now that landlords know that good tenants can leave at any time I hope they’ll do more to try and keep good ones.
You might be thinking of retaliatory evictions which were toothlessly banned by the conservatives who pretended this would do anything when the landlord only needs to not be dumb enough to say their revenge eviction is one. Section 21 no-fault evictions are still legal.
Hopefully, one day, nobody is allowed to rent, and owning becomes as easy as renting due to wealth redistribution.
