Wouldn't that just make the process more exciting? You'd have to be tender because of the lingering ache, and change technique, using fingertips only because of the palm loss. .
But you're supposed to jork it after you get snipped. Obviously not the same day but, if I remember right, you're supposed to nut about 10 times in the next 2 weeks to get any remaining swimmers out. Then you bring in a sample and they make sure youre sterile.
And someone does know where the seminal tubules are.
