Same. This includes all of my hobbies and interests, and even the food I like. It's infuriating to realize that the abusers from your childhood had more say in who you are than you did.

Now we can stop calling it trauma and call it life. If everyone supposedly has a trauma, maybe we need to reevaluate a cutoff when it's just "problems" and when it's already "trauma"

If it's interfering* with your daily life it's trauma. I'm sure there's a better, more nuanced, definition, but that's the gist.
