Maybe the League Europa money will change things a bit
Just checked and Tottenham are reportedly paying the 7th most for wages in the EPL.
That is around where they should be in the table.
Extra money is always good, but they are spending and underperforming is the issue.
Plus in the short term they'll now have to manage more games and try to maintain a high level.
And to add. They had 38 points this season while 7th (forest) had 65. Thats a 27 point difference!
