They're removing the thumbnail task switcher?! The switcher I use?! How very dare they!

For real, I loved having the random wallpapers. I don't know much about the situation, but maybe there will be a way to do it through a third party app.

~~They're removing font size control? Seems like an important feature - not all fonts are automatically legible at your desired scaling factor.~~

Nvm, the article previously said:

So for Plasma 6, we’re removing methods #3 (On Wayland) and #4 (everywhere) to simplify this situation

but it was changed to #3 and #5

No no, that's not what it says.

They are removing this on Wayland:

Force Font DPI spinbox in System Settings > Appearance > Fonts

And this on both Wayland and Xorg:

Adjustable icon sizes for many icons in many KDE apps in System Settings > Appearance > Icons

The article originally said

So for Plasma 6, we’re removing methods #3 (On Wayland) and #4 (everywhere) to simplify this situation

It's since been changed to #3 and #5

Oh OK, thanks.

Ah, yeah, I was kind of surprised by that one, too.
