This isn't a trolley problem. Killing CEOs is not going to save any more lives or "fix the system" in any way.
There's no guarantee that the new CEO will be better or worse, and if they feel threatened enough they'll just hire security.

The number one cause of personal bankruptcy in the USA is directly related to healthcare. Someone buy the shooter a ticket to Brazil or a decent country without extradition to the USA. The health insurance companies has more blood on their hands.
